Whole 30: Day 30 – Celebrating 30 Days of Holistic Health
It’s crazy to think that today is day 30 of the Whole 30! The time flew by so fast and I really enjoyed this Whole30.
I was just telling my friend Nikki how this may have been the best Whole30 we’ve done. On this Whole30, the goal for me was to eat well for my inner being, instead of just focusing on my outer appearance. My goal was to share my thoughts and experiences through blogging to encourage others, but also to help me process different aspects of holistic health. My goal was to enjoy real food and see that food can’t satisfy my deepest cravings, but only God, relationships, pursuing dreams, and showing myself some grace can.
In the past 30 days, some awesome things have happened:
- Opportunities were presented to assist others in their health journeys
- Readers were encouraged to take steps to being made well themselves
- I realized just how much I love food, health, and sharing it with others
- Food became fuel and sustenance, and not something I ran to for comfort or to celebrate with
- I made significant improvements at the gym in various exercises and workouts
- I barely had any digestive issues or reactions
- I lost inches and gained muscle
- Loved ones also did Whole30 with me
- I developed a deeper love and appreciation for the human body, especially my own
- I had fun and enjoyed the food, community, struggles and victories on this Whole 30!
Thank you all for taking this journey with me towards holistic health, starting with food. I know Whole30 may seem impossible, but I just showed you that it is possible!
If you are ready to take charge of your health, change your eating patterns, and become well, I strongly encourage you to do a Whole30. If you choose to do so, let me know! I would love to encourage you in any way I can because my heart is to see others made well in every area of their lives, and I desire this greatly for you.
I will write another blog post tomorrow on Day 31 about next steps post-Whole30, then will take a break from writing blogs everyday to be able to focus on my health coaching program a bit more! However, these last 30 days of blogging has been so fulfilling for me and I can’t wait to share more with you in the future!
Until tomorrow my friends 🙂
Another Whole 30, DONE! Boom!
