Sue Merren, the owner of Balance Cayman, is a certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Holistic Fitness & Nutrition Coach with over 16 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She now owns and operates Balance Cayman, a boutique Pilates & Fitness studio in the Cayman Islands. Sue works with busy executives, athletes, moms & families to help them lead healthier lives and reach peak performance by guiding each individual to find their ultimate balance of exercise, nutrition & lifestyle. Her combination of personal & professional experience, keen intuition, and her calming energy allows her to empower her clients to be their personal best.
